Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars due to customer support. Be careful when assembling and you can grease the fittings before installing the bars. If they are tight, don't force them. Overall this kit looked good and was fairly easy to put together. However, the fun ended when I realized I couldn't take the poles apart to put everything back in the case.
