Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars due to customer support. Be careful when assembling and you can grease the fittings before installing the bars. If they are tight, don't force them. Overall this kit looked good and was fairly easy to put together. However, the fun ended when I realized I couldn't take the poles apart to put everything back in the case. Connections are stuck with trouble. I contacted the support team and they worked with me and advised me to lubricate the fittings. I managed to get a few off with lube but two got stuck. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement when I ended up deforming two posts trying to knock out the hardware. I've read several other reviews that talked about the same stuck bar issue. I think the hardware needs to be changed to prevent the posts from being removed.
