I gave it three stars because it's only available for twenty. This is too low for people with mild hearing impairments. If I could turn the volume up further, that would be great. I love the color and size. It's like a laptop. It is efficient and effective to display vivid image. The CD plays clean. The screen size is most suitable for an elderly person. You really do get what you pay for, except for a small amount.
