Excellent connectors

Very easy to use option instead of soldering. I used it to connect car radio cables. They're small so only two wires will go, maybe three, but I haven't tried it. The wires must first be twisted and then inserted. There should be half an inch of bare wire to ensure a solid connection. So far, so good. I will update if anything goes wrong at any point.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Packaging is ugly

Good product. for lighting and electrical appliances

If you install a car radio, you must use this for the wiring. Period. Absolutely no crimping. Simply strip the wires, connect them together, slide the "bottom" connectors onto the wires, then screw on the top ones. And if you make a mistake with the wires, just unscrew those things, unplug the wires, fix your wiring, and reuse the connectors. These are little gems, very simple but incredibly effective.

Pros
  • New in my collection
Cons
  • Useless functions

A must for installing car stereos

While they don't look like the Posi-Twists brands I've bought before, they work exactly the same and can be a little more reliable. For all work with stranded wire and especially car audio, this is simply a must. They are very easy to use, quick to install, provide a safe way to connect cables, and can be reused if you make a mistake and need to "undo" the work. I'll never wire without them again!

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Fragile

Beginners start here

I had little to no cabling experience. I probably still don't know, but long story short, someone did a really ugly tape connection of the aftermarket connectors and all the harness wires on my truck dash had to be redone. didn't find it difficult, but then I came across a mention of these connections. Twist-insert twist, no soldering, no tools other than stripping what you don't like. For a beginner, this saved a lot of sweat and swearing near the back of the receiver bay.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Only available in white

Ideal for wiring car stereos

I've used many different methods of wiring car stereos: bullet connectors, wire nuts, etc. and each has its own problems. I recently replaced an old radio and was looking for a better option that would hold the wires in place but didn't require soldering or shrinking. These posi-twist wire connectors are exactly what I was looking for, just twist the wires together and stick into the ground with a small wire sticking out from the top and screw the cap in place and you're done. They are nice and

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Assembled a car radio wiring harness for installation today. I used to always solder my connections, which has never failed me, but has taken longer. Pretty damn hard, I tried crimping and didn't like how some of them stretched even though I crimped them as hard as the crimping tool could go through. I saw Crutchfield recommend them and use them in his work, so I decided to give it a try. Put simply, it's fantastic. The bond they create seems strong, plus they can be reused. What a great little

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

For its weight in gold.

Likes: 1. Easy to use. Just insert and twist the wires.2. reusable. This is great when considering alternatives3. Price. At least not expensive4 Strong hold, the wires don't come loose like with crimp connectors5. The installation went much faster. What I don't like: I don't like anything at the moment. I recently installed my first car stereo and first watched the Crutchfield video for instructions. They mentioned positivists and used them in the video. At first I thought nothing of it and…

Pros
  • Likes everything so far
Cons
  • Reliability
