Used for car radio wiring harness so much less hassle than crimping or soldering
Assembled a car radio wiring harness for installation today. I used to always solder my connections, which has never failed me, but has taken longer. Pretty damn hard, I tried crimping and didn't like how some of them stretched even though I crimped them as hard as the crimping tool could go through. I saw Crutchfield recommend them and use them in his work, so I decided to give it a try. Put simply, it's fantastic. The bond they create seems strong, plus they can be reused. What a great little product.
