I only rated 3 stars for reliability as it is currently unknown as I only installed it last weekend. Like everyone else I'm 100% satisfied, good video quality with no signal loss or interference running through the attic next to our heater. It is used in my Amcrest Surveillance System with Amcrest Dome Camera.

Bought these for my Lorex photo system. After a full day of installation and wiring, the system was set up and everything seemed fine. That night I turned the system back on and to my dismay the cameras connected to those cables would not turn on. Now I have to rip out 400 feet of cable and redo everything. Don't waste your money on these wires.

I have bought several of these cables and each had problems. After spending almost 6 hours installing them, I found that the connectors are very poor and have a weak connection to the camera. I checked if the camera works with a cable from another manufacturer. I will NOT be buying these cables again because it's a gamble on whether the cables I get will work or not and I don't want to risk it.

I ordered this cable for our CCTV system and immediately noticed that night vision didn't work. I thought our camera was struggling so I tried another security camera. Connected, had the same problems. The cable was already attached to our house so I ordered another cable from the same seller and was very disappointed to find that this cable just sucks. It works fine during the day, but not at night.

This product is a praise! Stick this in the back of your DVR and you'll be sorry. The plastic BNC connector to the metal cylinder will move and YOU will experience video loss. Just try to push the button on the front of the DVR and the cheap connector on the back will cause a "video loss" on the screen. I screamed for hours. This product is cheap overseas junk. Broken connection. I would be wary of putting my security in cheap, low quality cables and connectors.

So they work, good but not great. It's easy to break a hole or have trouble routing and securing the cable. They get the job done but are very difficult to cut in half or piece together when needed. The ends could be a bit stronger and also tighter on the wire. They generate some noise along the length and need to be adjusted precisely so that the image is not distorted. I didn't want to stop and make my own out of a real RG-59, so overall not bad.

I was so excited to receive these cables. I was opening up a cable and beginning the installation when I noticed a spot where the plastic covering the cable wasn't properly filled in and the cable was exposed. I thought strange. It's okay, I'll just tape it up, but when I noticed another stain I decided to return the product quickly. The picture shows that the cable was not cut or mishandled during shipment. The plastic was simply poured unevenly onto the cable, resulting in part of the cable…

I received a call from a friend who I had installed a CCTV system for in the past. His wife moved the living room and had to move the DVR to the other side of the room, which wasn't a big deal. The wires he had before were a bit short and I didn't want to run new wires to the two cameras which were too short as they ran 100 feet through the basement, outside the house, through the electrical box. Ideal replacement or extension cable in OEM quality. Bought a camera system with 60ft cables but needed more for a pair. I bought these cables and they were great.
