Just plug and play with CRE 11.5

This device was connected to a system running CRE version 11.5 and was recognized immediately when plugged into a USB port and configured. You didn't even have to run the included software to install it. In "Sleep" mode, it displays the date and time "Thank you" - so neat! I would have preferred to be able to put the "thank you" on a different text, but that's enough.

Does not work with Quickbooks POS

Contrary to what is stated on the website, the display on Quickbooks POS does not work; and they will make it difficult for you to return the item and you will have to pay for the return shipping.

I added this to a free and open source POS called Floreant POS and it worked like a charm.

Buy it if you need a pole display. I looked for other cheaper options but this one suited me. The illuminated LED fonts are bright and easy to read. They work with Mac and Windows. I added this to a free and open source POS called Floreant POS and it worked like a charm.

  • just too big for my counter size, its 9.5" x 4" in display area. I thought he was smaller
