Happy with my purchase

This amp is not stable at 1 ohm as advertised. However, into 4 ohms this amp delivers 2500 watts to the best of its ability to both speakers.

Not working for Car Audio

A brand new amplifier took it to an audio shop for installation and it didn't even work. I paid an extra $40 for diagnostics but it doesn't work.

Not very happy with amp

The first time I plugged in a new 10" Scar Audio Sub at 2 ohms, it fried it in less than a minute at half the gain and half the volume of the main unit. The speaker became Rated for a maximum output of 2000 W. I've had old speaker power amps and they've always been happy with them.

It's far from 5000 watts but I get a good 1500 RMS into 1 ohm and that's all I need.

I was concerned this amp wouldn't be unstable after reading a review that said it wasn't. It turns out it is, and this amp is cool. Crate. It's far from 5000 watts but I get a good 1500 RMS into 1 ohm and that's all I need. I kinda force the power so I ordered a 5000 amp for 1:12, but for the price and with a $175 3 year warranty this is the amp I recommend to people who need power and who don't know price of it
