I love the nostalgia this brings back to me. I also like that the magnet plate is blue, it goes well with the stars and moons. However, the magnet is not very strong. It used to be even higher. Also, the dots on the stars make the game less fun and rather dreary.

I always wanted these for myself when I saw them in fashion stores in shopping centers as a child. Yes, it's been a long time. This one costs less than those ever made. It's pretty simple and straightforward: a large magnet helps cascade the metal pieces into sculptures. This is a desktop toy, simple and clear. It's fun to play with when I'm at my table for a few minutes thinking about a problem, so I'm happy with that.

Good; but not like me. I love stars and moons. My last one had small diamonds. The magnet on this one doesn't seem that strong. You can't build that high a stack. Things seem to tip over and stick to the sides. The tracks are a bit rougher than I remembered. It's not the best; but that's not the worst. I would say. 3.5 stars. Rounded. He's still fun to play with; but i like the shapes.
