I'm not a fan of spin balancing so I bought this bubble balancer. It's well built and works well with all the bikes I have. Very important.

Definitely unreliable. You can use it multiple times on a sa.e tire and it will give you completely different "heavy" areas of the wheel.

The product is accurate and easy to use if you have prior experience and training. It seems that many complain about a non-working balancer, but most likely this is an operator error. Order additional weights if you want to balance larger tires or multiple tires.

These days upscale shops use a tire changer that accelerates the tire to high speeds to remove localized imbalance. This equipment is affordable for the average person who needs to balance and rebalance their tires from time to time. Interestingly, when you replace a new tire with an existing rim, it is usually balanced as is.

It's better to feel where the charge should go when shaking at speed and not to use this thing no matter how perfectly smooth the surface is.
