Cannot be charged when the voltage is over 100V.

I bought a PowMr 50 amp MPPT 12V/24V/36V/48V charge controller, mppt solar charge controller max 160VDC LCD input backlight for flooded lithium batteries with sealed AGM gel. t charge. It shows voltage but no output power and current. I have installed 5 solar panels of 100 watts and 18.5 volts in series but they are not charging. So I have to reduce it to 4 panels in series and then it loads. Why is that if it's 160V max?

This PowMr controller has too tight parameters for lithium battery customization.

This PowMr controller has too narrow parameter range for lithium battery customization. It is actually possible to set this regulator to lithium, but you have to use the 12V range and rely on the regulator several times. However, the range for my Tesla module is too small. Chinglish's instructions are terrible; the worst thing I've ever seen; practically incomprehensible.
