Unreliable assistant for industrial connections

As my tests showed this product is far from perfect for monitoring and keeping the industrial systems in check. The compatibility with various devices seemed promising, however, the consistency of the readings is questionable. .

Really works to control a 240VAC water heater

I didn't think it would work for a 240VAC two phase water heater. I've seen other Wi-Fi switches that control both phases at the same time. This switch only has 1 relay, so can only control one of the two phases. However, the YouTuber pointed out that when one of the phases is disconnected, no current flows. Therefore, the same thing is done as if both phases were interrupted. Love the fact that this is a Sonoff device that can be flashed with Tasmota for my Home Assistant setup. I am currently
