The location where the studs are inserted has limited space to thread nuts . I put them together but now I have to take out some material and sand and sand the mating surfaces to fix the exhaust leak as I'm getting bad readings from the broadband sensor.

Nothing bad to say other than the guy who welded this needs to calm down a bit and cut down on his coffee. However, the welds are shiny and looking good, and I felt pressure on the bench. nothing wrong to say. Quality cut, looks like the main flange has been cut out or gouged out, it's 3/8" thick so nothing more than a diesel flange. very happy with the purchase. Although I've tried making my own. lol Buy it when you need it, you won't be disappointed

Based on the reviews I've read and even the seller's demo photos showing warping, mine has little to no warping. I'd have to pull out the probes to measure, I'd say literally a millimeter if not less. Whatever slight deformation it is resolved with a gasket that is satisfactory enough for me. I have posted a video showing the quality of the weld/product and 2 photos with the light behind the flange and the turbo to show the deformation.
