Great experience working with them and recommend highly

I like that they are open to new ideas from their client's side as well! They have helped me many times when it comes down choosing materials for my interior space designs or just providing advice about what makes sense within budget constraints of our project plans (and not overspending). Sometimes there can be some delays between us having conversations via email/phone but overall i'm happy we've been able work together very smoothly through emails - which saves time & money compared w other

Pros
  • Great customer service, really fast response
  • Very knowledgeable team with extensive experience in design industry
Cons
  • Not the best

Good option and service in between freelance designers & agencies

I like that they are very flexible when it comes to meeting deadlines, taking into consideration my schedule as well as their client's needs/desires for things such as color palettes or font choices. They do not have an office space within walking distance from where I live so this makes collaborating difficult at times. Their product designs don't always match what was intended by our team members. We used them last year for branding work but we had certain revisions which were never made…

Pros
  • Some designers take much longer than others thankfully these guys can turn around projects pretty fast!!
Cons
  • When you need something done ASAP there may be long delays before getting feedback.
  • There wasn’t enough input given during initial phases
