Good product! But.

I had never used a wok before so I was happy to order one of these. The product is definitely of good quality. I was hoping this pan would be non-stick, but it isn't. Also, it's pretty tough for someone like me who doesn't train regularly.

Best quality and easy cleaning.

I am very happy with this wok! I love cooking with cast iron. This is wonderfully pre-treated and very easy to care for. I have a stovetop wok stand that it fits perfectly on. It is best to preheat on low heat until it sizzles and then fry.

The care instructions list three different seasoning methods. What does Trump's marketing approach have to do with it?

The Perfect Wok - Pots and Pans

This is not an ordinary wok you find in stores. This is a well made original Japanese wok. As soon as you unpack it you will notice the difference. Try fried tofu with vegetables and some Indian style fried rice, the heat distribution is perfect. Dishes came out perfect. 10 times 10 for wok. Screw handle if you need to remove it to put it in the oven. The grip circumference is just perfect, many woks have a thinner grip. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it to home cooks lookingโ€ฆ

I've had many wok pans over the years; this one is very impressive.

(Note: I have a gas stove so I can't vouch for an electric stove.) The pan heats up beautifully - much hotter, much faster than my current non-stick wok - which I think is essential, to prepare good Chinese food. I've made three dishes that I've made many, many times before and my husband, who is my biggest fan but also my most thoughtful critic, said they were the best in the world. One was a sweet and sour dish with thick sauce and double-fried meat, another was a classic stir-fry with meatโ€ฆ
