Ease and user friendly interface, excellent customer service

I like that it is easy for us as an organization with multiple departments within one office/location using this program in house or through our cloud provider of choice - Office 365 via Microsoft Teams! The ability to have access from any device at anytime makes things easier than having everyone use their own computer during work hours only when they are not working elsewhere which can make life difficult sometimes if you need quick answers back home while away etc.. Not much really but just

  • Able to access from almost any device and also very easy to administer
Cons
  • I think in the future this would be helpful with the rise
