At least the window is still down!

I've only installed it a few months and the auto shut off has already stopped which is a bit annoying sometimes. But for the money I think it's fine as long as you can live with it.

Door lock button does not work

All buttons work except the door lock! Very frustrating. I can't even ship back because the fare requires me to crank the windows up and down and my dogs keep wanting to close the window until they don't like the heat anymore.

Submit a product that has no electrical problems

One of the pins in the unit appears to be defective. The device is the master that manages all windows. However, sometimes the pen loses power and the window does not open. Luckily the block is easy to remove and then it works. It sure is a pain. Most likely it will fail and you will have to order another one, but not from this company.
