I loved them until I got them. I could see from the patchwork packaging that I had made a bad purchase. 3 out of 6 are dented and won't fit on the counter so sway back and forth. If you turn the bowl over and gently press the bottom, they will burst. Not worth the money and time spent. They are going back.

I don't understand all the positive reviews here unless people have never seen decent stainless steel bowls. With a light touch, these bowls flex and the base slides in and out easily. They are not strong enough to withstand real cooking. As soon as I took them out of the packaging, I arranged for the return. I think for the price you get a lot of bowls but if you like things that are in the past look elsewhere.

Not sure if this is 100% stainless steel. I believe that the company misrepresented the origin of the manufacturer (I had India, others China). Neither shell has an imprint indicating what material it is made of. Every stainless steel product I've bought in the store has "Stainless Steel" printed on it, even on part of the packaging. Very skeptical and not knowing exactly what they are made of I cannot recommend this product to anyone and would not use it myself, especially for food!

This is my second attempt at this review - just received the package and inspected the bowls - 5 out of 6 were in good condition but one was scratched and so dented bad that i was surprised it passed the review and got sent. For the price I suppose it's acceptable but it makes me negative about the whole experience and dampens my enthusiasm for the remaining 5 bowls. Be aware, these are not stains that can be erased. Gorgeous! The photo doesn't do them justice. Not a bit wobbly, sit very stable. I like the massive lip on the rim. They also make great gifts. Arrived neatly packaged, not a single call. My only small comment: It would be nice if the quart size was listed on the bottom of the bowl. Unless it is, and my rapidly failing eyesight just can't take it. Good sized bowls! The biggest of them is incredibly big! So far I've only used it to mix 2 pounds of 6 cheese baked macaroni and cheese and it didn't even come close to filling the bowl. I will also use it when I make cornbread dressing because I need to make 3 different variations, one each for me, my husband and our son, so it comes in handy when mixing the main ingredients. a week or so and my favorite size bowl is already "stained" (see photo). Upon opening the box I noticed that 2 of the 6 trays arrived with a noticeable dent in the bottom of each tray. It is worth noting that the package was intact.
