Arrived exactly on the day I was told it would be here. My brother-in-law put it together while we were wrapping the presents. It wasn't long before he said it was pretty easy to do. It looks great next to my new charcoal padded platform bed which also has 8" wooden legs so it fits perfectly. I like having a little open area above the drawers so I can keep a box of tissues in there and then pop in my tablet or book when I'm done with that before bed.

I knew I had to be very careful with kid gloves when assembling this item. It didn't matter the slightest hit of a nail split the top and the sides are faux wood that split once the dowels/screws were tightened. Either parts are missing, or there are too many of them that are completely inconsistent with each other. This is the cheapest, most crappy piece of furniture I've ever had to assemble or buy. Subtle design, conceptually good and structurally very good after assembly. However, the seeming lack of attention to packaging to ensure the product arrives clean and free of dust and scratches is definitely an issue. I would suggest air purification products and vacuum sealed components. Chips in drilled holes, dust and dirt on finished surfaces, and a tube of "detail marker" to hide scratches will NOT cut it. First of all, this table turned out to be heavier than I thought it would be. Second, the parts were not marked by the manufacturer. You will spend a few minutes laying out the pieces and figuring out which piece is which. But in the end it's not that hard - it just takes a lot of time.
