VERY nice rug!

I need a good rug, small enough to put on a table for sewing and sewing, but big enough to iron the collar if needed. For the price I expected a rug that would last a long time. boy was i wrong! This is a very well made rug, does not shed, is the same thickness throughout and has no cut damage to the edges. No bad smells. And I didn't know when I bought it that it came with a cute little concept pouch filled with goodies! Hooray! Absolutely loved this little gem! I would definitely buy again!

Black sticky coating on the bottom of the iron

The pad leaves a black sticky coating on the bottom of the iron. The black material is transferred from the bottom of the iron to the quilt block. He ruined a quilt block with this sticky material. I was able to get it off my iron by keeping it warm and wiping it with a soft cloth. Also, I used cotton swabs to get into all the nooks and crannies. Instructions should be highlighted on the pad warning you not to use your iron only at low temperatures and never to use steam. I sent it back and got

Perfect abs every time!

I've been using this wool ironing mat for a few weeks. I've heard wonders about wool rugs and how much faster and cleaner the ironing is, but for the most part I've been happy with my desk ironing board. I never liked pulling out my full size board as it was cumbersome and I liked the convenience of the smaller option. A few weeks ago I upgraded my sewing station to an "L" drawer table which is about 22" x 15". Initially I knew I would be using this extender to support the weight of my blankets
