I like the ease of use and the auto shut off feature, although I usually finish my coffee for 4 hours a day before using it. It keeps my coffee warm not hot except when the mug is half full then it heats up quicker. I suspect that heating the coffee in the microwave before putting it on the heater might solve this problem. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this product!

I'm not enthusiastic about this cup warmer because it doesn't keep the coffee warm enough - I would say around 105°. I prefer something closer to 150º. Also, the on/off button is like a hair trigger: anything touching it turns it on or off. It might be good for some users but not in my situation. However, it is better than nothing. I would recommend this to those with children who want their cocoa to be warm, or perhaps the elderly.

Maybe too early to review but after using it this morning I'm not impressed at all. It just kept my morning coffee slightly warm. I replaced an old heater that kept my coffee warmer than this 'new' one. I'll give it a few more days and use a different coffee mug and see if there's any improvement with the coffee warmer. If not, it will be returned. My old plate is better than this one so far. I might be at fault as others have said it keeps their coffee hot. The ones I received don't.
