Probably not for everyone

The product arrived quickly and as advertised, the quality is good but it didn't suit me. Perhaps it is more intended/more effective for use by one person (physiotherapist, friend, spouse, etc.) for another person. But I was looking for something I could use primarily on myself to treat trigger points and release muscle tension. I found the handle was too round and big to really aim for specific points and the real handle was too close to the handle so I couldn't get as deep as I wanted before…

Pros
  • MULTIFUNCTIONAL USE. The pointer's soft shape and comfortable grip, as well as its unique ergonomic design, allow it to be used over clothing or directly on the skin with massage oil.
Cons
  • threadbare

This massage therapist recommends

I am a licensed masseuse; Although using the Indexknobber is not a substitute for a professional human massage, I recommend this article (and/or another article by the same people, Jacknobber) to my clients because I use it myself. It's great for relaxing hard-to-reach places. If you've used a foam roller for tight muscles, you may have given up after a try or two because, frankly, it HURTS. Foam rollers are great and I recommend tgem too, but not as a starting point; too difficult to control…

Pros
  • WORKS FOR THERAPISTS. Therapists who use the Original Pointer II when treating patients find it extremely helpful in applying precise pressure to soft tissue trigger points.
Cons
  • So far so good

Amazing Tool for Therapists

I am a licensed massage therapist. At the time of writing this review I have been working for about four and a half years. I do deep tissue massage regularly and have always had a good reputation and watch my skills. However, due to the way I work, my hands can no longer tolerate abuse. I never wanted to work with tools because I felt it was too unnatural, but I reluctantly ordered the Indexknobber II, hoping I could tolerate it enough to use it and save my hands and my career. To my surprise…

Pros
  • ENHANCED GRIP β€” The Index Knobber's enhanced grip makes it comfortable to hold. Give an effective massage without changing position or causing wrist cramps.
