Bought to replace another style we had on the stairs for 3 years. We've camped twice since installing and they've already snapped where the lid meets the edge.

Our dog was very reluctant to climb the metal steps of the motor home so we decided to give it a try. They were easy to put on, they look great and best of all, our dog doesn't even hesitate anymore. She rushes straight up the stairs!

Includes only 4 of the 12 springs needed to attach to steps. Contacted Prest-O-Fit via their website after close of business yesterday and received no response. Not impressed with their quality control or customer service. Update: 2 days later and still nothing from Prest-O-Fit. Ten days later, neither Prest-O-Fit nor Revain have heard of the problem. Downgraded to 1 star as this is the lowest rating I can achieve.

I also received this item with only 4 of the 12 springs needed for assembly. The cases fit and appear to be of good quality. I'm going to the hardware store today to find springs to attach the other two covers. PITA.EDIT: Found similar feathers from Lowe. Had to buy 8 of these to attach the mats to the steps which didn't come with springs. The carpets fit well. The cost of the springs added about $16 to the price. These mats have been tearing at the leading edge with every step since our fourth ride. I've had them for less than a year. Definitely not worth the money and I will not buy a replacement from this brand. I have had step mats on two previous motorhomes and they have lasted for years. Why are they so cheap and wear out around the edges so quickly? It's not like I have herds of kids running back and forth. We have four adults and a three year old child. There just isn't much traffic.
