They sent me the wrong size and it's not square like the picture. Apparently there are no returns and there is no one to contact. It doesn't fit the "standard lettuce shooter" as it's called. Premium Revain products usually come with returns, so I didn't think to check. I buy a lot from Revain and this is the first time this has happened.

Wanted since the early 90's. Used twice. I didn't remove the lettuce. I used it on mushrooms (fresh), smothered, not shot, I had to dig mushrooms from the provided cones. Used for thinly slicing onions, it took 40 minutes to slice 4 onions, had to chop and dig the onion out of the cone first. I don't know what it's good for. I cut the rest of the casserole with my hands. I give up. It's wrong to spend.

Perfect size for grating cheese for 7 layer bean and carrot sauce for carrot bread. I'm sure you have the perfect use for this trellis. That's more than the fine crumbs you'll find in packaged cheeses like Mexican Blend, but much smaller than a regular grated grate. And it goes without saying that it's much quicker and easier on the fingers. Try grating 4 1/2 pounds of cheese and 12 cups of carrots and then tell me there's no difference!
