I've had my rats for a year and have finally invested in a larger cage to accommodate an exercise wheel. They took root up until a week ago and are in love with this thing! The best investment in a small animal cage!

very quiet! Calm! I love that it can be attached to the side of the wire cage to free up floor space. It's solid and durable. My daughter's hamster liked it straight away, much more so than her old balance bike. Excellent purchase!

Simply apply olive oil to the wood, if hamsters tend to chew on the wood remember to wash it after applying the oil. Do not remove all of the oil. Hamsters don't like olive oil, but it won't hurt them if they just love this wheel!

I bought a SMALL which said 6" from the picture and it was exactly what I needed - to replace what I had and which was blocked for some reason. They sent me an 8 inch device that was too big for the place I used it so I can't use it. I gave 2 stars because it's the quietest brand I've ever ordered. I actually ordered the size.

Now I've bought 2 for each of my 3 gerbils so I can change and clean them every few days. They are very well made, very smooth-running and very quiet. I cannot recommend them enough. I thought I'd be stuck forever buying the Kaytee Silent Spinner (which unfortunately no longer comes in an 8-inch model). This wheel is much better because of the ball bearings. Thank you Prev!

What are these huge additions to the base? This wheel does not look like the picture. A sticker that covers the entire base and no, it cannot be removed. It is firmly glued and even wrapped around the axle. For example, who do you advertise to? Hamster? He has no money. I already bought the bike so I'm fine.
