LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHAPE

I wasn't sure I'd like this shape because of all those little nooks and crannies, but HE WAS WRONG. I LOVE IT! It's so easy to fill in the clay and then remove it. I've learned that you can pop the finished mold in the freezer for 20 minutes, then take it out and your clay pieces are ready to use. who knew No more waiting for the clay to air dry for 3 days.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

good product but pen details are inaccurate

Nice flexible shape. I used polymer clay and paper clay. The products were easy to separate from the mold. Details are best conveyed with resin, but the design is imprecise. Specifically, a bird's wings in flight, where the primary feathers are more like a feather duster. If you don't care about accurate impressions, you'll probably be happy with the result. I'll still use shapes, just not when the bird is the focal point. Most people won't notice

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

So cute but difficult to take off without breaking the cast.

This product was rated on durability, ease of use, and value for money. I give each of these areas five stars. However, when used with paper clay, my rating drops to a three. The items I made were fragile and difficult to remove. The wings of the birds were very translucent and very brittle when removed. The bird's wing was torn from the body as it was laid out to dry. But this shape is meant to be used by multiple mediums and I used paper clay. And paper clay could be to blame for poor mold…
