Not everything is so bad, but there are disadvantages.

I had a top side on the basis of Asus Maximus 7 had to be sold. Then I decided to build a new computer. bought the cheapest Z390 that came across that day. The disappointment is complete. In terms of overclocking, everything is in order, Everything else is rubbish. I do not recommend to buy. Different pros: The power supply system of the 9600kf standards overclocked to 5 GHz, and did not particularly warm up within 55-60 degrees. beautiful backlight. Low price 3 M2 connectors Cons: The size…

I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

I have been using it for about a month, I assembled the computer quite easily, the motherboard is large, the components are located far from each other. I especially noticed by the location of the processor socket, in the previous motherboard it was close to the back wall, then here you can roam in the selection of a large turret. Different pros: Of all the budget motherboards on the Z390, I liked the workmanship the most, all the connectors are conveniently located. A good feeder. Some cons: -

Another problem - sometimes it hangs on the ASUS logo when rebooting. Until I figured out what it is. At the same time, it does not react to the keyboard, long holding "Power" - then turn it on and everything is loaded normally. I'm not going to argue that it's the mother's business. Possibly other components. While it is difficult to determine, it is necessary to accumulate statistics, try to give up memory, percent, disks, but this takes time. 04/01/2022 - Another ambush. I bought an ASUS…

Pros
  • Didn't notice any particular
Cons
  • I understand that I overlooked it myself, but it only has one M.2 slot running on PCIeX 3.0-4x, the second at a speed twice as low. As a result, my dream to make RAID-0 on two 970PRO SSDs was shattered. The speed of the raid falls short of the speed of a single disk of the EVO series. Now you have to buy an expansion board for the SSD. And as I now understand, this problem is massive. Whatever you take - on any mother there is one connector and the second half connector. And the chipsets for Ryzen are even worse, the second connector is completely obsolete PCIex x2.

It's not quite what I expected, overall it's ok.

Alas, I got a buggy Realtek RTL8111H, the network can simply fall off for 20 minutes or frantically reconnect. There is no talk of normal Internet access . The time of using the motherboard is 10 months, the problem was not found immediately, and only after I compared the work with two other "coffee" continents on the same controller, and everything is ok. And with this Z390-P, there is a problem with the Internet, I thought it would cost, but no, hello s / c. - I will add an owl review about

Pros
  • The presence of a non-dual PS / 2 for a mouse and keyboard.
Cons
  • A completely crazy system of RAM latches . Well, what's the difficulty in leaving the classic 2 strap clamps? Got a very bad copy of the motherboard.

The purchase did not justify itself at all.

The motherboard in conjunction with the i7 8700 and gtx1050ti 4gb 4x16 RAM in everyday use for watching movies, surfing the Internet and office is ideal. The motherboard does not export percent. In stress, the frequency of the processor rises to 4.3 and hangs there for literally 5-10 seconds. Then it drops to 2.2-3.5. Everything. The service center tested the same motherboard. The result is the same. It turns out the whole series of motherboards is defective. They spread their hands. They said…

2 failed motherboards in a row

Stay away from this board and save yourself a headache. I have 3080 and 3060ti cards that have been sitting and not degrading for 2 weeks due to this product and return.

Asus budget board. Still does the job.

This board was used in an i5 9600K 3000MHz DDR4 build. The RAM slots are very narrow. Only one clip on each memory slot opens to ensure proper RAM placement and removal. Additionally, there is no screw in the top corner of the board closest to the RAM slots that can be inserted into the case. This can complicate installing RAM, as the circuit board can bend and break if you're not careful.

Great motherboard for the price.

I like using this motherboard, it's very good! There is only one issue of concern and being an ATX motherboard it only has 6 screw holes instead of the usual 8 screw holes that others have. Also, the board has an integrated RGB strip, which to my knowledge is non-programmable and set to orange, which is good for an orange build. When I finally assembled I had trouble fitting the motherboard into the NZXT H500i case, in the end I managed it, it just took a lot of work.

Excellent "budget " board Z390

Everything you need was there and everything worked. I like the M.2 CNVi compatible wireless card slot. I bought an Intel AC-9560 wireless card (requires CNVi) and it works very well with this card. Note that older BIOSes (0605/0805) do not display video when attempting to boot from a Samsung 970 EVOPlus NVMe SSD. I had to remove it to see BIOS/UEFI on boot. After updating to BIOS 1002, the card was recognized and I had video. Also note that this board only has four (4) SATA III ports. It was…

I usually trust ASUS, but not anymore.

memory slots not working. Two motherboards and both have the same problem. I almost went with three, but the Amazon chat rep suggested I just try another board. I love ASUS monitors and I used to love their motherboards. I did some basic troubleshooting when all 4 slots were full causing the BSOD. 3 slots caused the BSOD. 2! Slots caused a BSOD. I tried a stick in each slot to see if the slots or memory are bad. On both boards all 4 bars worked in the same slot. The remaining slots, filled in…

Installation hardware is missing

Wanted to get a cheaper board when upgrading my CPU, read the reviews and it suited my needs. However, when it arrived I was disappointed with the quality, even as a cheap board. Mine comes with 3 screws; While others claimed it only had 6 fasteners instead of the usual 8, mine had three tiny screws to hold it to the case. I couldn't mount the board properly and had to look for previous hardware. During installation I noticed that the heatsink (I think the processor heatsink) is very, very…

The board works well but the design is lacking.

I was quite happy with this board for the first few hours. It installed fairly easily, booted right up, the BIOS was easy to use, and the Windows installation was quick. The problem arose when it didn't recognize my 3TB drive. So I googled a bit and found that you cannot insert a SATA drive into SATA 1 or 2 if you have NVME M.2 installed. So I figured it was no big deal and removed the front panel to move my SATA connection. I tugged and wiggled a bit to get it loose and bam, the whole SATA…

Decent budget board with many features and some flaws

I am using this board with an Intel Core i9700K processor and the board is able to get most of the processor out of the box. As expected, the processor speeds up to 4.9 GHz in turbo mode. I didn't have any stability problems. Pros: Reliable power supply for an entry-level board, lots of USB 3.x ports. Clean design, works well with 9th Gen Intel Core processors. Lots of PCI-e expansion ports. Comes with a simple orange flash built into the board. I can use all 4 RAM slots. The fan control in the

Attention miners - How to enable 6 GPU support

Good farming motherboard with 6 GPUs. It will accept 6, but you have to do certain things for this to happen. 1) Before connecting a riser board or peripheral (RAM/CPU/HDD only), connect it to the monitor (HDMI) and update the BIOS. 2) After updating the BIOS to the latest version, enable "Decoding above 4g" in the advanced section (this is in the "System Agent (SA) configuration" of the BIOS (note if you do this first and then Update your BIOS (it will revert to 4g encoding = disabled after…
