My baby has grown, so I didn't buy these foam corners as child protection. I bought them to protect myself! Next to a chair in my computer room is a 25-year-old folding TV tray with metal cladding. We have wooden surfaces on our kitchen worktops. At the end of the peninsula, the underside of the corners are very "sharp". Our 2 year old granddaughter grew just big enough to bang her head on it. I had to put my hand on one of them when she got too close. So I'm always on guard when she approaches them. I saw these and decided to try them. My husband put them on today.
