Survived in poor packaging

Luckily the brush survived as it just lay unprotected in the bag. Princeton Quality Certificate. Great brush!

I love Neptune brushes

I love Neptune brushes, I have them in two sizes and I use them for blending colors and for larger strokes. Perfect!

Good value for money brush.

My first apartment in Princeton and I found it easy to work with and picked up lots of water and paint. The only thing I had to relearn was how to hold the brush properly, as the handle is resin, not wood like all my other brushes. A little practice (it's smooth) and you'll be fine.

Cons
  • Not sure

Came without bristle guard

I have read great reviews of Princeton brushes, I found the brush to be average, not bad but nothing to get excited about, I have much better brushes from Escoda if also more expensive so i think the princeton brush is not a bad price. The brush arrived without the plastic protection at the end of the hair - the bristles were loose from being shipped in a brown bubble envelope. They seemed to rebound as they were lowered into the water, but they didn't even have a shape.

Pros
  • Brush sets
Cons
  • You could go for a newer model
