Description of ๐ŸŒŠ Enhanced Princeton Tec Genesis Underwater Lighting for Scuba Diving

BATTERY POWER METER. Continuous feedback on the condition of the batteries, indicating high, medium or low battery life. Allowing you to make educated decisions about changing batteries or packing a spare set. FOCUSED NARROW BEAM. This pattern creates a long, powerful beam of light excellent for illuminating distant areas, or for use during fast paced activities. IPX8. Diveable lights that provide waterproof integrity for continual submersion in water at depths down to 100 meters. If Atlantis had flashlights, they would be IPX8. MAXBRIGHT LED. The highest quality LED available. Extremely bright and efficient. Emits a smooth, powerful, white light useful for a wide range of tasks. Princeton Tec uses collimators or reflectors with the Maxbright LED depending upon the application. MULTIPLE MODES. Multiple settings on many of our products give you the flexibility to adjust your lightโ€™s brightness to illuminate greater distances or to conserve battery power, depending on your needs.

Not Worth the Investment

After I put it to the test, I realized this diving light was not worth the price tag. While the brightness was decent, the battery life was subpar and it took forever to recharge. Plus, the bulky design made it difficult to maneuver underwater. Save your money and opt for a more reliable option.

Pros
  • Decent brightness
Cons
  • Poor battery life, bulky design

The light is good for a small flashlight

The light is good for a small flashlight. Haven't used it at night yet but it works well for wreck lighting and deep dives. The first light was broken that's why I only gave 3 stars, I ate batteries without using it. 3 sets of batteries went dead and I had to send them back to Princeton Tec (at my expense) for a replacement. Seems durable

Pros
  • Diving Flashlights
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than others

Love this little flashlight

I love this little flashlight, bought it for our third trip to Bonaire, I don't like the SOS function but I understand how useful it can be in an emergency ! This lantern is great to carry and gives off enough light for its size. I've also used it as a light source for photography, so that's an added bonus. Batteries are easy to change, the housing is metal and durable. We would definitely buy them again.

Pros
  • Diving & Snorkeling
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
