Waste of money

The product does not match the description. The small scissors came in a damaged box and the scissors looked like they had been used before, they had a black oily substance in them. The paper was completely torn on one side, causing some corners of the paper to be creased. Paper doesn't work at all. Wouldn't get it again. Waata money

This is NOT vinyl.

Your ad says it is sublimation vinyl. No, that is not so. This is sublimation paper. It says it can be used with cotton shirts. You cannot use this on cotton. Must be vinyl to be used on cotton. I like the teflon sheet, scissors, scraper and tape I brought. But if it was a printable transfer vinyl I would give it a higher rating.
