Great for computer accessories and peripherals

I don't know or understand what other people are complaining about. I use this cable for my printer which is across the room. For my application it works perfectly. I would recommend this cable to anyone who needs to connect a printer or scanner. Thanks KB

Using telescopes in cables and connections

I was very skeptical at first but had to try this cable to increase the distance from my telescope camera to my laptop. I was satisfied when I checked it, it worked perfectly. Delivery was quick, no problem. I am very happy with the purchase.

Fills a Need: USB Cable

There aren't many 15 meter printer cables on the market as the signal degrades at that distance. It doesn't have this problem. I'm thankful it's available and sold by Revain.

Windows does not recognize connected devices

Windows 10 could not detect the Epson printer connected to this cable. Tried USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports with the same results. An attempt was made to connect an Epson USB scanner and Windows could not detect the scanner. Connections were tested to devices with a known-good USB cable, and Windows recognized the devices immediately. In my opinion I would not recommend buying this cable.

Windows 10 cannot recognize the connected Epson printer with this cable. Tried USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports with the same results. The print function worked fine, didn't scan

I've been using this cable for about a month and it worked great with the print/scan functions. One day the scanning function just stopped working and I did all sorts of troubleshooting with the printer manufacturer to find out the cause. Lol I replaced the USB cable and it worked great. So now I'm stuck with this long printer cable that's not doing what I need it to. Do not purchase this item if you need to scan.

Long USB cables don't supply 5 volts 500 mA DC, but printers do. Read Review

I use this cable to control an electronic device with a USB B port (such as a printer). Since self-powered devices (such as printers) do not require a 5VDC 500mA power supply, this cable works great. DO NOT use long USB cables to power small external hard drives as they require 5V 500mA to operate. The DATA lines in the USB cable work great even over long distances (e.g. 30 or 50 feet). This is a very well shielded cable and perfect for my application (IC-7300 radio).
