as stated in the title, 2 out of 3 printheads were detected in the T790, M/C cartridge is defective and not recognized by the plotter. Okay but I'm stuck without a working plotter until I can get a replacement.

These printheads were defective and I had to send them back. This is a common problem and usually the next set works fine.

Recycled and defective printheads that will dirty your hand and plotter and will not work. When I put in new printheads the plotter says they are not installed and when I put the old ones back it works normally. What a scam for $100!

Bought these for the office as our current supplier has run out! Actually cheaper than our regular contract supplier! Fast delivery. Quality goods, affordable prices.

Worst product I have ever bought from Revain. The printheads were old and clogging the plotter. It's priced at $200 so a tech would tell me never to buy compatible plotter products. I bought this product in February 2021 and in May 2021 the plotter was clogged. I would like to receive a refund.
