It has no depth or color, when the light is off it's just a white sphere and when it's lit it still doesn't look like a moon but like a ball of light. There is no communication with the seller.

I was hoping it would be more like a night light but the colors are really bright and vibrant. The color changing function changes abruptly, they don't like it. flow into each other. If you have other USB powered lights like the cat I would steer clear of that. It's exactly the same, but in the shape of a "moon".

We have had good experiences with this lamp. Unfortunately it is very fragile. My 2 year old was able to pull the cord easily after only running the light for a week or so. When it works it gives off wonderful colors and makes a great night light for both kids and adults! The wooden stand only requires you to snap 2 pieces together. I wish it hadn't broken but would buy it again. I would recommend that you keep it out of the reach of small children, namely toddlers who tend to break things!
