In todays’ complex and constantly changing privacy landscape attempting to define, manage and run privacy programs without the use of document automation, secure collaboration and project management will be incredibly difficult. Privacy Map provides these features and more in order to make managing privacy programs easy.

Easy to use and understand, helps keep info private

I like that it is easy for people who aren't tech savvy but willing learn how they can help with their own personal data protection program! Also great if you have employees or contractors working in multiple offices at once because there are options available so everyone knows what's going where (and when). It could also work better as an online service rather than just having apps installed locally since some users may not want others looking over your shoulder while using this software…

Pros
  • Easy to use interface, works well from mobile devices too which makes things easier during travel time between locations.
  • Allows me control access rights within various folders without needing special permissions
  • Very customizable allowing user input regarding folder creation / management & content storage

Easy tool & platform providing useful insights

I like that it is an easy way for me as well as my team members to keep track of our information security policies in place at all times with ease! The biggest benefit would have been if there was more transparency into how data could be used by companies once collected from other sources or ways this can link back (and not just limited only). It does give you some insight but still needs a little bit further development before we make any conclusions about its usefulness! We are using it both

  • Allows quick visual representation across multiple categories, making analysis much easier than most tools out now available.
  • Easier sharing compared against previous methods without needing additional resources/costs involved

  • Some user interface aspects aren't always clear cut enough

Privacy Map has helped our company to implement and maintain our privacy program

Privacy Map has helped us to define our privacy policies and procedures in a way that is easily understood by our employees. We have been able to implement and maintain our privacy program in a way that was previously difficult to do. I have not found any downsides to this product.
