Looks like a solid product so far. The box is smaller than I thought, happy with the less shelf space it takes up with the turntable and other electronics. It feels solid, the sound quality is clear and the volume is just great. I use this preamp between a Sony PS-LX1 direct drive car stereo player and a new Samsung soundbar (HW-N550) with subwoofer.

I hooked this up to a Project Debut Carbon Esprit turntable. There are much more expensive phono stages out there and they have their own context but I was impressed with this tiny box. Very nicely finished and solidly built. The sound quality is ideal for most mid-range audio systems; much better than the usual inline scheme in entry tables. I came across a Denon MC103r at a good price and found I didn't have an MC phono stage on hand so ordered it to get by while I make other plans. To be honest I didn't expect it to work so well for the price. I was actually able to enjoy some of my favorite albums and it far exceeded my expectations. I'll move on to something higher eventually, but the urgency is gone as I'm really enjoying the sound quality of this little gem. I would give it four stars for overall quality in a real review, but
