An excellent tool indeed; keeps our technical staff happy and comfortable

The ability to use all kinds of different tools from multiple vendors in one platform makes it easy for us as an IT department! It's also very user friendly when you need help with something specific - there is usually someone who can answer your question or point out where they think things might be better documented/taught etc. I wish we had more control over how some modules behave (i am thinking specifically about reporting). There have been times that certain reports were not functioning…

  • Excellent UI / UX
  • Highly customisable via plugins.
  • Easy configuration once initial setup complete, i never found needing anything other than knowledge gained during basic training provided online prior tp first access

Great product and excellent customer service

The platform is very easy to use for both internal employees as well external customers who may be using it from different locations or time zones where they live in another country than you do! There can sometimes take some getting used too but once understood its not difficult at all - just like any other system out there if your looking into something with international reach then this one will work great!! I think that we have been able figure things ourselves without needing assistance so…
