Save yourself some money!

That's a fraction of what the doctor's office wanted to charge and my insurance would only pay a few hundred. It's identical to the one they tried to sell us at the Ortho office. Maybe I should seek medical treatment? I bet if we get free medical insurance they will be covered. Did I say "free"?

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great shoe - much less than the orthopedic office would charge

This boot is recommended (and sold) by my orthopedic office - except they charge 6 times more for it! Very comfortable, adjustable and supportive. The pneumatic chamber ensures that the ankle area precisely follows the contours of the leg. We recommend ordering the "Evenup Shoe Leveler" for the other foot - to keep your balance while walking.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • modern

Good Stuff: Medical Supplies and Equipment

I broke my leg in a car accident, my doctor prescribed it but they wanted to charge me $300 at the hospital; took out my phone opened up revain and asked it to print what it sells, i saved $250 and am getting better off of it, i sleep on it too hoping for a quicker recovery. The velcro strips are a bit confusing and if you live alone and have to drive to live, getting on and off during stops can be a hassle.

Pros
  • Elegant Design
Cons
  • No Power

Cheaply made look elsewhere for durable boots

I am disappointed in writing this review as I specifically ordered these boots based on reviews which sounded excellent. The boot started to deteriorate after only 2 weeks of full wear and I will request a refund. Initially I only had to wear the boot for 4-6 weeks with a stress fracture of the tibia, now it may take longer as the faulty product does not insulate the fracture enough to aid in the healing process.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Reliability

Permanent shoe wearer. Durable boot saved me $

I have been wearing hiking boots for almost 4 years due to multiple failed surgeries and connective tissue disorders. I've gone through 8 boots in that time. They are simply not designed for continuous use. My insurance won't cover them anymore so I have to buy them myself. This is exactly the boot my doctor recommended, but it's MUCH cheaper. It arrived quickly and has been in service ever since. When this wears out, I will definitely buy it here again. This saved me about $200.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

You will not receive the same shoes as shown!

Works well enough, but not as well as the main site. The boot pictured is not the boot I received. I ordered this one because it was exactly the same as mine, just a size up. The shoe delivered is not the one in the photo. The one they sent works well but is not as well designed or made as the ones in the photo. As I need it now I can't return it and wait for another one but am very disappointed with the misleading advertising. The first photo is what they advertise, the second is what I…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Useless features

This is the same brand and style my orthopedist gave me except the one I got carried home from hospital and previously lasted 2 months. Shows signs of wear, to the point where the lining simply fell apart as the two Velcro side braces moved back and forth while walking. (Small entrance area above). I ordered one first, then another replacement for $90 each from Amazon, but the same thing happened. I then found out that I could order replacement pads from my orthodontist for only $40 and I have…

Not for me for ankle braces

insole was too big so I tripped even though I ordered the right size. The rubber outsole was higher than the Air Cast brand, which made my hips even more uneven. I tried 3 different shoe levelers to get it even but none of them were of good quality. I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes to have the height on the other foot. Also, the back of the leg had no protective plastic coating. It was just a fabric lining and when I broke my back ankle I felt uncomfortable. Finally, there are pressure…
