Good waterproof case but not very comfortable

This case was waterproof but not very practical to use. Every time it's in the water it disables the video or photo functions, so it's not very useful for what I wanted to use it for.

Do not buy, the goods are not new but used.

It's a joke how to get the goods. If there are labels all over the product that you cannot remove, they will leave marks. Item arrived with broken tags, appears to be a used item that was returned and is not new. I'm sending it back as it's not what I wanted.

Good for the beach - stuff sacks

I have a slim Galaxy S20 Ultra that barely fits in. But it was lol. However, it's difficult to use the phone while it's there. My pictures got blurry. My husband has a Galaxy S10 and his phone had to be removed from the case to fit it. The water never got in! But of course I didn't try to soak it, so look how well it worked, but it was raining. I bought them for a trip to the sea. Glad we had them!

Doesn't fit in pouches, holsters or cases

This case is waterproof. If that's all you need, you've come to the right place. Unfortunately it is very difficult to photograph. I tried snorkeling and gave up. Most of the time when you're in the water, it's so bright you can't see your screen. (I know it's not the products). The touch is very difficult to use. Also, while hanging around your neck, it's covered in sunscreen that can cloud your photos. I know they are cheap but don't worry. I refused to leave my phone on shore and enjoyed my…

Highly rated on the web but different experience than (trying) with

After using Revain for years this is my first review because this product was so awful. Two waterproof bags arrived just before my beach vacation where I planned to snorkel. Already in my gear, just before going into the water, I noticed that there was a hole in one of the pockets on the bottom left. Then I tried to use a different pouch but found that the point attaching the tip was broken. I couldn't take pictures of the amazing marine life I saw while snorkeling. Completely disappointed.

No touch underwater

I bought this to take my iPhone 11pro diving. I have a slim profile case and the first thing I noticed was that I had a really hard time getting my phone out of the case once I was done using it. You can detach the case if you want to easily take it out of your bag after use. Then as soon as the bag went underwater I lost the ability to touch it. I would have to start the video out of the water with my phone, go underwater, record the video, and then come back to stop the recording. The videos…
