Great mic, just need to lower your voice a little, this mic picks up nose hairs if you're not careful. EDIT I figured out how to set up the mic correctly :).

When I shoot videos in noisy places I usually have to speak so loud that I even scream, I bought and tested and I can tell you it's EXCELLENT, high quality Materials (not to be expected for such a price), excellent quality when recording, does its job perfectly. Works great. I love the extension. You can easily stand about 10 feet away from the camera. Very sensitive. Good at picking up whispers. If you are outdoors, buy a wind dampener to better block it. They have five packs for about twelve dollars.

This is Lav's premium professional microphone. Coming from a video guy with some audio experience. Don't forget to take a dead cat with you. It's so good that it's not needed in light winds, but all the wind will pull away with a dead cat if it gets really windy.

I use this mic to record YouTube videos. I love it. This greatly improves the sound quality. It's very easy to use, small and has a great clip so I can clip the mic to my shirt very easily. I love that the cord is long and it even comes with an extra cord if I want to make it longer. This is the first mic I've bought so I don't have anything to compare it to but I'm very happy with my choice and need look no further.

I shoot videos for my YouTube channel at street locations, so I needed a microphone that emphasized my voice and not the sounds around me. The PowerDeWise microphone worked very well when connected to my Sony digital audio recorder. Wind, cars, buses, small children no longer drown out the sound of my voice. After reading such positive reviews of this microphone, I am delighted to receive it. When I did, I connected it to my phone and took a test recording both in the Audio Share app and a short video with the iPhone's camera.
