Paints and containers looked great so I bought this item or tailor's chalk. It fell apart on my fingers the first time I used it. That's never happened with the little packs you find in fabric stores. Did I press too hard? No, after the first one fell apart, I held it as lightly as I could and was still able to leave a mark.

Looks like a bonnet at first glance. When they arrived, several of them broke. If you try to use them they will break your arm, as soon as you apply minimal force they will fall apart. They aren't as strong as they used to be which come with wax coding. It's just cheap chalk. I do not recommend. The plastic container that comes with it doesn't close properly either.

I always wondered what those tailors used to mark suits when I made them, so I latched onto them after I stumbled across them on Revain. I can't imagine there's a huge difference in quality between real chalk, but they're just the right size: not so wide to make huge lines and not so thin that they break too easily. I have the chalk triangles for tracing patterns on dark fabric. Worked well for my purposes, the lines are thicker than on other media. The quality was excellent which is what I expected after reading other reviews. It was well packed in bubble wrap in the box, came with only one broken part. Not bad considering it was packaged in a large shipping box along with other items. The plastic storage box was covered with a rubber band.
