Nice; Letter shapes could be better.

Beautiful and well made. We bought this to teach a 2 year old to write lowercase. Some of the letters here are not in "canon" form, they have little suffixes/serifs here and there, so I took a star off for that. But the puzzle is very nice and our kid loves it and since we got it he has gotten better with lower case letters.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Compatible

Fragile parts for small children

Nice colors and patterns. I was looking for a lower case rebus. So the parts are made of wood. but I wish they were stocky instead of skinny. They are not broken yet but some of the parts are faded and look like they are about to break. Some edges are broken. One must take good care of the youth! Especially if there's a chance they might end up in her mouth. Recommended from 4 years.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Has problems

Exactly what I wanted

The main reason I chose this puzzle is that the letters are cut to fit only in their places. When I ask my child to find the letter q, n, or w, I find it easier to find the exact letter the first time. Since I'm using this for preschool/kindergarten I wanted to be sure they could see the difference. The letters are small so be sure to watch for this in children who tend to put things in their mouths.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

I like it a lot, needs some adjustments.

I really liked this product. I think if the pieces were thicker they would be more durable. The ink on the letter was peeling when it was first thrown on the table. t, l, k, j and i were a bit difficult for the kids to understand so I took a felt tip pen and the bottom of the puzzle to better identify k, i and j and I had to type in the font style for my 4- and 5 year olds. I bought this puzzle mainly because of the "a" font which my kids are already used to. The kids love it and I can honestly

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
