The ability to integrate with other systems which has allowed us to create more accurate workforce plans than our previous system. We are still in the early stages of using this software but it seems like it will be beneficial for our organization. The ability to see my workflow in realtime makes it really easy for me to understand how things will flow through the system. I like being able to customize all aspects of the process (and there are so many ways you can do this). Sometimes when searching documents or pulling up reports it takes too long - sometimes seconds.
