Review on ProFinda by Jason Dahlkemper

The ability to see my workflow in realtime makes it really easy for me to understand how things will flow through the system. I like being able to customize all aspects of the process (and there are so many ways you can do this). Sometimes when searching documents or pulling up reports it takes too long - sometimes seconds. This could be because we have lots of employees with different email addresses/login info, but other times it's just software! It's nice that you're always updating as new features become available, etc. We use ProFinda to pull payroll information from our clients' systems into ours, and then send them their paychecks by mail.
