Poor quality, light clips

I ordered two of these before reading the reviews. Bad idea. They are very light. They can only do very light work. I suppose if you make small picture frames they might come in handy. Even if they are made from such inferior materials, they will not last long. I tried clipping the 2x4s together and they didn't even hold up for use - the clips were bent. If you read the reviews you will see that this is a common theme.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Couldn't start it.

I have a photo of my grandmother who is about 100 years old - a little girl looking at a bird in a tree. My mother wrote the lyrics to the song she sang to us on the back - I see a bird in a tree. This is the song he sings to me. God loves us all in amazing ways. Be happy, be happy today. The frame hangs on every corner, but I don't want a new one. I ordered this clamp. I carefully disassembled my project. After getting the glue on the first corner, I found that not only was the clip broken…

Pros
  • Freehand work
Cons
  • Very expensive

I wanted to suggest that my experience may be better than some other people's, but it doesn't have to be. Like other reviewers, this broke on the first project I used it on. Another reviewer mentioned that the stopper pops out on the back of the vise. That's exactly what happened with mine. It is not strong enough to support the weight of two pieces of wood. How does this design even pass manufacturer tests? It's even worse when you have to put a project on hold to replace it with something…

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Dear
