Good product for RV parts and accessories

I like its small profile but it adds depth to the plug so the weight of the 50A cable and plug tends to slant down , when not supported or fixed the power pedestal. This can lead to a bad connection and excessive heating of the outlet.

Keeps this adapter connector from ground.

I have used other Progressive Industries products and have had very good experiences. This adapter appears to be a well made product. The power plug sticks out about 2 inches. It is much easier to store than an 18 inch pigtail. Pig tail adapters tend to put my surge protector on the floor. This adapter allows me to connect my surge protector to a power socket.
