I thought I would get a larger container because I relied on the photo and my eyes to get that information. The one thing Revane never did was place a familiar object like a coin or pocket knife next to the item to give an idea of its size. My laziness meant I didn't read the sizing info, or if I did, I didn't pay attention to the physical measurements. The container is great! Well thought out and very useful. Works perfectly.

I have 5 of these different sized containers. They work great and I know how to open them. ----- but not this one with powdered sugar. The lid is stuck. I even tried prying it off with a table knife, THAT didn't work at all. I didn't want to ruin the lid, so here it sits. Love these containers. I bought two complete sets and a few extra individual ones. They're made of hard, clear plastic, so they're easy to clean and you can clearly see what's inside. Tops are easy to open and close and easy to fold. The lids are attached to the container so they won't come loose or get lost in my cupboards. They don't let air through. My only criticisms are: 1) It would be nice if there were more color options - white is pretty boring, and 2) It would be nice to have more size

I ordered this on May 12th and was about to wrap the gift box and have just removed the plastic wrapping and the bottom of the box is all broken! When I received it I just checked and you couldn't even tell the bottom was broken until I removed the plastic wrap! Pros: Attractive. The rag and the scraper are good features. The tight seal keeps the product fresh. Cons: Doesn't fit in the smallest bag of powdered sugar I have at my store. Cannot be opened with one hand. I bought two of these, one for powdered sugar, the other for semolina. A 2 pound bag of semolina is perfect and I am very happy with it.
