000 times better than standard air springs on my electric glider

1,000,000 times better than standard air springs on my electric glider. Worth every penny. You would be a fool not to buy them. I'm 6ft tall and I run them on the lowest setting. and tighten 1 full turn with the woman on her back. There's still plenty of room to tighten, load and tow a trailer. I would not recommend hard work. I called the dealer and 90% of the time the standard is better and they said most heavy duty riders can't get the ride smooth enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pros
  • Idler Disc
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Much better than the stock air suspension on my 2012 street.

Much better than the stock air spring on my 2012 Road King. My wife travels with me all the time, so I was a little concerned that people were saying the 944 was better. I decided to try the 444th anyway. My wife is 120 pounds and I am 180. I started in position 5 and found it too heavy. I lowered it 4 positions and everything seems fine. My wife doesn't change position after each hit like she used to with a Progressive 444. She's only done about 1200 miles but is definitely happier with the…

  • Progressive Rate Spring
Cons
  • All great

100% improvement: Suspension

2014 FLHTK. I weigh around 200lbs alone 95% of the time, but I have around 15lbs split between the bags and the tourpack. 3 turns and about 3/4" preload. I like firmer suspension. It's great for me. I got them 'used like new' for a very reasonable price. They showed no signs of ever being worn out of the box let alone installed and all the hardware etc was in still sealed boxes I hit the jackpot I had already tuned the stock shocks to higher oil specs and they seemed great but themselves…

Pros
  • Adjust spring preload manually, no special tools required
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

Good replacement for stock shock absorbers.

I fitted this to my '08 Road King after driving 1500 miles with my wife. Wherever we put the old air shocks, they have an extremely hard hit over bumps. They cushion the impact of hard joints and potholes and also ensure smoother running in everyday driving. I have about 1,000,000 miles on them now, riding both singles and doubles. I weigh about 190 pounds and she is listed as 120 pounds (probably 135 pounds actually) without gear. I feel the bike handles corners better and the rear end is much

  • Stock spring and chrome
