Looks professional for the price

The overall quality of the projector mount is excellent. I love how much it can expand and for the most part it was easy to set up and I can level it. I can tilt back and forth, align left to right, but I'd like to be able to rotate it without unscrewing it a bit and rotating it manually. The extension also wobbled a bit so I installed another bolt with a washer to tighten it and hold it better and not wobble. Overall it looks good and looks pretty professional for the price.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Highly customizable and durable but no ceiling mount

Agree with another reviewer - the box arrived battered and in poor condition but all parts seemed to be there. The brackets are very easy to adjust and easily fit my odd three hole Epson 1060 home theater setup. Looks pretty solid and rotates in all directions. The only problem is that the only mounting hardware included seems to be for wall mounting to brickwork - nothing for hanging from the ceiling, so it looks like I'll have to buy the hardware separately.

Incomprehensible instructions

The price was good and seems strong so far, but the instructions to fully understand how to attach to different types of projectors are not clear at all. Our BenQ only has three holes so we had to remove one of the levers, but since there are no instructions on how to do this we had to figure it all out ourselves. This is not normal for a person without any experience. My only concern is that if you need to push a button or connect something, the screws won't be tightened enough to stop the…

Not quite universal, will not work with 3 hole projectors.

I have tried this on several projectors including (Benq, Optoma) as listed. The description mentions that you can use this with projectors that have 3 screw holes. Somehow I doubt they checked it. While you can (very tricky) line up the brackets with the holes on the projector, the problem is that you can't rotate the bracket. Therefore you get a projector that is aimed at an angle of 45 to 90 degrees from your wall/screen. The listing does not state that you must be completely perpendicular to
