I like that it has all of my team members in one place so we can easily see what everyone is doing at any given time. It's quite easy to use as well but it does have more "bells & whistles" than other tools out there that are simpler versions. I like that it's easy to use (even if you have less tech know how). It also has great search features so we can find things easily as well as quick access to our files once they are uploaded in Dropbox. It's quite a good tool with plenty of options to meet your requirements. It's an easy to use and intuitive tool. It's compatible with other apps like google docs.
